About Me

My photo
Pamela Gordon
A literary executor is the person entrusted with caring for the literary estate of a deceased author. How did I get to be Janet Frame's literary executor? Because she asked me to do it and I agreed. She was my aunt, and close friend. I had the relevant experience and post-grad qualifications for the job. I knew and loved her work. She appointed me as one of the founding trustees of her charitable trust, The Janet Frame Literary Trust, and named me as co-executor of her will.
